    I wont enter the argument about the motives of the USNA hosting STEM, but I will chime in to say that my son attended last summer as a rising sophomore. The USNA STEM program is technically an outreach program targeted to high-achieving and STEM-focused students who don't have a large amount of STEM resources and opportunities available due to where they live geographically and go to school.
